All Submitted items are reviewed before appearing in the auction.

As a thank-you, donors of approved items receive a coupon code for $10 off any merch item valued at $10 or more.

If we have questions or need additional information, we'll contact you and give you the opprotunity to update your submission.

Items will be accepted for donation until 24 hours before the auction closes, but submitting early will give maximum exposure to potential bidders!

Auction Rules

Bids must be whole-dollar amounts.
Each new bid must be at least $1 higher than the current high bid.
The highest bid at auction close wins the item.
Winning bidders will be contacted after the auction closes.
Payments will be processed directly by Boys & Girls Club.
Items must be picked up at the convention unless other arrangements are approved.
